After building work cleaning checklist
Kitchen:
• Clean inside/outside and the tops of all cupboards
• Wash inside/outside of Dishwasher
• Clean inside/outside of Microwave
• Clean inside/outside of Oven
• Clean washing machine inside/outside – rubber at door, soap
drawers and filters
• Clean inside/outside of Fridge Freezer – will leave switched
on if advised
• Clean all work surfaces
• Clean Hob and Grill
• Sweep/wash all hard surfaces (floors)
• Descaling of sink and taps
• Clean (damp wipe) all window ledges, skirting boards, doors, door-
frames and radiators
• Remove any cobwebs
• Clean windows on the inside including frames and polish window
sills.
• Clean door handles and light switches
• Remove paint spots.
Bathroom:
• Scrub and disinfect bathroom floors
• Scrub and disinfect toilet
• Clean and descale bath and showers, shower doors and tiles
• Scrub and descale sinks and taps
• Clean/wipe all work surfaces
• Clean mirrors
• Clean (damp wipe) all window ledges, skirting boards, doors, door
frames and radiators
• Remove any cobwebs
• Clean windows on the inside including window frames
• Clean door handles and light switches
• Remove paint spots.
Bedrooms:
• Vacuum/mop floors (carpets – including edges)
• Clean mirrors and pictures
• Clean (damp wipe) all window ledges, skirting boards, doors, door
frames and radiators
• Remove paint spots.
• Remove any cobwebs
• Clean/polish inside/outside/top cupboards
• Clean/polish inside/outside drawers
• Mattresses to be lifted and vacuumed
• Clean windows on the inside including window frames
• Clean door handles and light switches
Living Room:
• Vacuum/mop floors (carpets – including edges)
• Clean mirrors and pictures
• Polish all furniture (Inside/outside until dust free)
• Clean (damp wipe) all window ledges, skirting boards, doors, door
frames and radiators
• Remove any cobwebs
• Clean windows on the inside including window frames
• Clean door handles and light switches
• Remove paint spots.
Hallways:
• Vacuum/mop floors (carpets – including edges)
• Clean mirrors and pictures
• Clean (damp wipe) all window ledges, skirting boards, doors, door
frames and radiators
• Remove paint spots.
• Remove any cobwebs
• Clean door handles and light switches
General:
• All products supplied
All rubbish (waste) taken away – does not include building materials
left on site.
